How to remove the bottom cover
1. Disassembling the clip: grasp the clip firmly, push the sliding plate with your thumb and
remove the clip from the device.
2. Remove the fixing screw with a Phillips screwdriver (the screw is above the ground mark
connecting the device casing and the back cover).
3. To remove the stainless steel sheath: grasp the plastic cover and the sheath and turn them
counterclockwise 15°, then release the sheath.
4. Clean the internal parts with a soft cloth.
5. To reassemble the device, repeat the above procedure in reverse.
6. Dry the assembled device properly and store it for further use.
Cleaning
You will need vinegar of any kind and a container taller than 18 cm.
1. Attach the device to the container using the fixing clamp.
2. Prepare a solution of water and vinegar - 3 parts water, 1 part vinegar. Pour the solution into
the container - the level of the solution must touch the MAX mark on the device.
3. Turn on the device and set it to 80 °C for 3 hours. Press the Start/Stop button to start the
heating process. Once the device has heated up, press the Start/Stop button again to start
cooking.
4. Once the cooking process is complete, turn off the appliance, unplug it and let it cool down.
5. Pour out the water from the container and rinse the device with clean water.
