Safety instructions
1. Read this manual carefully before using the instrument.
2. The appliance is hot when in use, so use, for example, kitchen gloves when handling it to
avoid injury.
3. Do not immerse the power cord and plug in water or other liquid.
4. Children may only use this appliance under adult supervision.
5. Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
6. Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. Contact an authorized G21 service
center with a malfunctioning or damaged appliance.
7. Use of accessories not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injury.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not use the equipment for any purpose other than its intended use.
10. Do not leave the power cord hanging over the edge of a table or kitchen counter. Do not allow
the cord to touch hot surfaces.
11. Connect only to the power supply according to the type label.
12. CAUTION -To ensure continued protection from the risk of electric shock, connect the
equipment only to properly grounded outlets.
13. Use a temperature gauge or thermometer to check the temperature; do not touch the water
bath.
14. Keep the appliance and power cord out of the reach of children.
15. Children must not play with the appliance.
16. Appliances may be used by persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or with lack
of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised by a responsible adult or have
been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the possible risks.
