Maintenance
1. Make sure the working platform is flat and clean.
2. Don’t lock the end latches immediately after using the machine, to avoid pressing the seal
foam and influencing the functions.
3. Unplug and cool down the machine before cleaning.
4. Do not brush the machine to avoid damaging the machine surface.
5. Clean up the food or liquid left inside the chamber with wet towel or tissue.
6. Make sure the machine is dry completely before using it again.

Trouble shooting
Machine does not turn on
1. Ensure the machine is plugged in properly.
2. Check the power cord for tears and frays.
The vacuum sealer does not vacuum completely or seal automatically
1. Check if the open end of bag is completely inside the chamber.
2. Check if the gasket is loosened.
3. Check if the gasket and seal foam is assembled properly.
4. Check if the lid is locked.
5. Check if there is leakage in the bag. To find it out, put the bag in water and press it. If a bubble
appears, there is a hole. In this case, use another bag.

Vacuum bag looses vaccum after being sealed
1. Wrinkles, liquid or other particle on the sealing end will cause this issue. Open the bag, clean
the end and vacuum again.
2. Check if there is moisture or liquid on the food. If yes, open the bag and vacuum again or use
another bag. If the food is juicy, we suggest freezing it before vacuuming.
Fail to seal
1. The break betweem every seal should always be at least 20 seconds.
2. Wrinkles, grease, liquid or other particle on the sealing end may cause this issue.
