7. After the vacuum cycle, the machine will stop automatically. Remove the hose from the
canister and turn the knob to ,,Lock“ position. Store the canister in your refrigerator.
8. To open the vacuum canister, turn knob to ,,Open“ position. The air will go inside the canister
and lid will be open.
Canister guidelines
1. Hot foods should be cooled before vacuum packaging. Otherwise there can be impact on the
vacuum result.
2. Do not put the canister with locked lid into microwave. Before heating or defrosting the foods
in microwave, open and take off the lid.
3. The canister can be cleaned in dishwasher, but without the lid.
4. Suitable temperature for the vaccum canisters is -18 °C to 100 °C.
