        RECIPES

         Apple-parsley smoothie with Lucuma  Strawberry smoothie with Maqui
         •  5 pieces of apple                •  1 cap of strawberries
         •  2dcl of water                    •  2 spoons of chia seeds
         •  100 grams of parsley             •  50 grams of almonds
         •  100 grams of lamb´s lettuce      •  1 spoon of MAQUI
         •  1 spoon of cinnamon              •  4 pieces of dates
         •  1 spoon of LUCUMA
                                             Chia yoghurt:
         Spinach smoothie                    •  3 dcl of coconut milk
         •  3 pieces of banana               •  4 spoons of chia seeds
         •  400 grams of spinach             •  To make the taste better you can use for exam-
                                             ple palm or tamarind syrup, goji, mulberries, raw
                                             cocoa powder, cinnamon or several kinds of fruit.
         Chocolate pudding
         •  2 pieces of riped avocados
         •  1 teaspoon of coconut oil        Banana ice cream
                                             •  3 pieces of banana
         •  1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
                                             •  To taste: cinnamon, raw cocoa beans, vanilla,
         •  2 spoons of tamarind syrup       agave syrup
         Serve on sliced apple or other fruit.
                                             Process:
                                             Banana cut into slices and put into the freezer
         Garlic spread                       for 1-2 hours. After the freezing put bananas into
         •  2 pieces of riped avocados       a blender and add a little bit of water. Mix until you
                                             get creamy banana ice cream. If you want to get
         •  3 cloves of garlic
                                             creamier texture of ice cream you can add cashew
         •  Juice of one lemon               nuts and mix it together.
         •  Himalayan salt
         •  Pepper
         •  Chives or any other fresh herbs
