5.   Voltage monitor setting: there are 3 stages to protect the voltage of the power, High/Medium/
            Low, Press    button twice and switch between H/M/L modes using the    and    buttons
            – the corresponding icon lights up.
         6.   Temperature unit °C / °F: Press    button 3 times and switch between °C / °F using the
            button – the corresponding icon lights up.

         Error code information
         Error   Possible Cause   Solution

             E1  Low voltage to fridge*  DC-increase  the  voltage  of DC power source/
                                  check all the connection/check the voltage
                                  monitor setting.
                                  AC-replace the defective 240V AC adaptor.
             E2  Condenser Fan fault  Contact the G21 authorized service center.
             E3  Compressor over   Disconnect the fridge for 20 minutes and attempt
                pressure          re-start.
             E4  Compressor minimum  Contact the G21 authorized service center.
                speed fault
             E5  Over temperature   Disconnect the fridge for 20 minutes and attempt
                for compressor and    re-start.
                control unit
             E6  NTC/ temperature   Contact the G21 authorized service center.

        * If you are using the appliance in a car and E1 is displayed, the stage of the voltage can be lowered
        by one mode - for example from H to M/L or from M to L.
        Trouble shooting:
        Fridge doesn‘t work:
          •   Check the power source (maybe the voltage is too high or low).
          •  Check the power cables and all connections from the power source to fridge.
          •   Check if the fridge is on.

        Poor cooling performance:
          •   Ensure the lid is closed properly.
          •   Ensure the power source has sufficient voltage.
          •   There is poor ventilation around the fridge.
          •   There is too much food inside the fridge.
          •   Temperature of the food put inside the fridge is too high.
          •   Incorrect temperature setting.
          •   The ambient temperature is too high.
        Tips and suggestions:
          •  Fresh and frozen foods should not be stored right beside each other in the fridge. Doing so
