How To Marinate Foods
Press the Marinate/Accessories button to enter the marinating mode and use the and
buttons to select the marinating time.
Close the lid and gently press it for 2-3 seconds. The device automatically starts the marinating
program and the display shows the degree of vacuum. After reaching a certain degree of
vacuum, the pump stops and the device maintains this degree of vacuum - the display shows
the marinating time.
After counting down the marinating time, the device beeps three times and the lid is automatically
released.
Note: If you need to seal the bag before the marinating process is complete, press the Seal
button.
How To Use “Accessories” Vacuum Function
When using the Accessories function, please keep the vacuum lid open.

Connect the suction hose to the suction opening in the vacuum chamber and the selected vacuum
accessory. If you are using a vacuum canister, you must turn the canister lid knob to the Vacuum
position. If using a ziplock bag with a valve, make sure the bag‘s zippers are completely closed.

Long press the Marinate/Accessories button to start vacuuming. When the program is
fi nished, the device beeps three times.
Note:
To interrupt the program during vacuuming, press the Power/Stop button. If you are using
a vacuum canister/canister, turn the canister lid knob to the Lock position when the program is
complete.
