Training program
        With the help of this training program you will learn the basic jumps so that you can later manage
        the more complex and tiring ones.
        Before using the trampoline please read the safety information. This is important in order to pre-
        vent incorrect use of the trampoline which might lead to injuries.
        If the trampoline is used by children, it is necessary that the supervising person is also familiar with
        the trampoline usage instructions and features.
        Lesson 1:
        •  Move up and down – demonstration of proper technique
        •  Basic jump - demonstration of the exercise
        •  Slowing down - demonstration of slowing the jump down
        •  Jumping from hands and knees - demonstration of the exercise

        Lesson 2:
        •  Repeat the past lesson
        •  Jumping from knees - demonstration of the exercise
        •  Posture during the jump - demonstration of the exercise
        •  If you want to proceed correctly and gain more experience with jumps, you must first start with
        jumping from seated position, gradually add knees, etc.
        Lesson 3:
        •  Repeat the exercises from previous lessons.
        •  After repeating exercises from previous lessons you should be able to properly use the
        trampoline, and your basic jumps should be fully controlled.
        You can also try to play the following game:
        First person starts by demonstrating certain jump. The second person repeats the jump and adds
        any other jump afterwards. Both persons repeat the jumps and add one jump each round. The per-
        son who lasts longer while correctly repeating all jumps in the sequence is the winner. It is impor-
        tant that all jumps and techniques are carried out in a controlled manner in order to avoid the risk
        of injury. Do not attempt to perform difficult jumps before you are sure that you can handle the
        easy ones.

        Stretching exercises
        Daily use of the trampoline can improve your health and fitness. Before jumping, you should per-
        form stretching exercises to loosen up your muscles. Stretching exercises can prevent serious
        injury to the muscles while jumping on a trampoline and are therefore very important. You should
        not start jumping on the trampoline until your muscles are sufficiently relaxed.
